Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Customized or personalized products.

Gift cards (if applicable).

Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange
We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
